With over thirty years’ experience as a professional chef in some of the best international hotels (Marriott Hotels International) & restaurants and with some of the world’s best chefs has led me to offer my services to a wide range of clients both in Europe and Asia.
I have spent working in exclusive hotels and residences providing bespoke cuisine in all manners of locations and settings in Ireland, Australia, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Croatia and Austria. My professional development began many years in high-level fine dining and casual, has branched out from that point to include a wide range of cuisine styles including modern French, Italian, Mediterranean and Southeast Asian Cuisine.
